Medallia Adds Key Executives to Accelerate Innovation and Scalable Growth

Medallia, Inc., the global leader in customer and employee experience, today announced the addition of two new key executives with Dan Madden named Chief Financial Officer and Robert Baca Chief Technology Officer.

Madden is a proven CFO with vast experience leading SaaS companies through significant growth. His addition to the leadership team at Medallia will enable the organization to continue to scale operationally and support the growth of the business. Madden has held CFO and finance leadership positions at Edifecs, Ellie Mae, Revel Systems, Cepheid, Symmetricom, Tellabs, and McKesson.

Baca will leverage his expertise in automation, AI, and machine learning to accelerate Medallia’s delivery of innovation. He spent the last 23 years at Ellie Mae and ICE Mortgage Technology in a variety of senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer.
