Appointment deepens sales bench as demand for predictive creator marketing intelligence grows
RAD Amplify, a RAD Intel portfolio company built for creator marketing, announced the appointment of Nicole Wilson as Sales Director. Wilson will help scale RAD Amplify’s business by expanding enterprise partnerships and leveraging the company’s ability to help advertisers execute higher-performing creator campaigns.

Wilson joins RAD Amplify with nearly 10 years of commercial experience helping enterprise brands and agencies execute successful creator marketing programs in an increasingly complex and evolving marketplace. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales at influencer discovery platform Upfluence, where she managed a global team of account executives. Under her leadership, revenue grew 20% year over year, and her organization contributed more than 30% of the company’s net-new software business in 2025. Wilson also brings direct creator experience, having built her own social channels and worked on brand partnerships including Nordstrom, Aperol, Fujifilm and Rit Dye.
