Crowdtwist Receives Top Scores in the Current Offering and Strategy Categories
CrowdTwist, an industry-leading provider of omnichannel loyalty and engagement solutions, announced that Forrester Research, Inc., an independent research company has named CrowdTwist as a Leader in the prestigious “The Forrester Wave: Loyalty Technology Platforms, Q2 2019.” The Forrester report states that CrowdTwist’s loyalty and engagement platform focuses on helping brands build and execute inspiring loyalty programs.
In the report, released today, Forrester identified the 13 most significant loyalty technology providers and evaluated them against 28 different criteria, grouped into three high-level categories: Current Offering, Strategy, and Market Presence. The report shows how each provider measures up and provides vendor selection guidance for B2C marketing professionals.
As part of their evaluation, Forrester noted “[CrowdTwist’s] software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution centers around its ability to track and reward hundreds of purchase- and non-purchase-related activities – such as taking surveys and social sharing – out of the box and is currently investing in an expansion of its CRM and data-management capabilities.” The report states; “For brands interested in building a loyalty program that focuses on driving deeper engagement with the brand, CrowdTwist’s platform will be a good fit.”
The report recommends that loyalty marketers close the gap on the personalization challenges by selecting a technology provider with the ability transform data into customer insights. CrowdTwist received the top score in the Current Offering category, which includes member data management, personalization, and predictive analytics.
The report acknowledged that loyalty technology must connect the broader marketing, commerce, and experience ecosystems, asserting “Loyalty vendors need strong relationships with providers of mobile, social, and marketing automation to extend and enhance their own capabilities.” CrowdTwist also received the top score in the Strategy category which included the criterion of partner ecosystem.
