Featuring a redesigned user interface, Redtail Imaging offers an organized and compliant way to go paperless; integrates seamlessly with your CRM
Redtail Technology (Redtail), a brand entity of Orion Advisor Solutions and the leading provider of client relationship management (CRM) solutions for financial services firms, announced major enhancements to Redtail Imaging – its compliant, secure, organized and efficient document storage solution. Updates to Imaging include increased capability across operating systems, new licensing options, a redesigned user interface and the addition of an image archive allowing for the restoration of deleted files.
The upgrade will allow users to upload and download files in bulk directly from the web-based imaging app, alleviating the need for bridge software which was previously necessary to perform this function. Additionally, the upgrade enhances the overall user experience with previously unavailable compatibility for macOS users, and now includes an archive feature, enabling users to restore deleted files.
“These upgrades will simplify advisors’ day-to-day workflow and give them more time to focus on client service.”
“We are always looking to introduce innovative enhancements across our solutions as we are acutely aware of advisors’ need for modern, cloud-based, compliant document storage. A major upgrade to our Imaging solution has been one of our focuses this year and we are excited to now make this available,” said Brian McLaughlin, Orion’s President of Advisor Technology and Redtail Co-Founder. “These upgrades will simplify advisors’ day-to-day workflow and give them more time to focus on client service.”
Redtail will also offer a new licensing structure to advisors, allowing them to choose between two options with far greater storage limits than before. Entry-level licensing will allow for up to 200GB of storage and the enterprise license is capable of up to 1TB of storage.
The completely revamped user interface makes navigation intuitive and seamless. Redtail is offering a free trial for new or prospective users who may be interested in signing up for Imaging.
