Hansen Will Focus on Delivering Extraordinary Experiences by Unifying Microsoft and Genesys Technology

Avtex, a customer experience (CX) consulting and technology company, announced the hiring of Kristine Hansen as Vice President of Sales. Hansen, previously with companies such as Microsoft and IBM, recently concluded her role as a Senior Director at Genesys. In her new role, she will report to Avtex Chief Business Officer, Bryce Gibson.

Hansen began her career at IBM and spent over 10 years there in various roles. After leaving IBM, Hansen served as a sales director at Microsoft, where she led a team in the North Central region to a #1 ranking in the U.S. In her most recent role, Hansen led the North America Channel Sales team at Genesys, where she grew the reseller program exponentially, as well as developed their Master Agent program.

In her new role, Hansen will focus on amplifying our clients’ ability to deliver extraordinary experiences by unifying Microsoft and Genesys technology. She will also focus on aiding clients in navigating their journey from ground to cloud-based solutions on the timeline that works best for them.
