G2 Winter 2021 Report Adds New Audience Intelligence Category

G2, the world’s largest tech marketplace for reviews and technology management, has officially added an Audience Intelligence category to the Winter 2021 report. In this, Audiense has been recognised as a cutting-edge tool for consumer insights and segmentation in the Tech space.

The new category includes audience intelligence platforms that go a step further, using artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze social data and provide businesses with deeper insights into their target audience’s interests, opinions, behaviors, and affinities.

As a result of these positive G2 reviews, Audiense is leading this new category, with 91% of individuals ‘likely to recommend’ the platform.

Michael Brito, EVP of Digital & Analytics at Zeno Group, said:

“Audience intelligence is the process of architecting audiences, dissecting them into smaller clusters, and then analyzing patterns, habits and behavior. The result is actionable and defendable insights that you can use to make data-informed decisions.
