Genesys Calls All Customer Experience Professionals to Denver June 10 to 13 to New Signature Event, Xperience19

Make Every Moment Count at the Premier Customer Event of the Year

Genesys, the global leader in omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions, has announced its new signature event, Xperience19, will kick off June 10 in Denver, Colorado. This annual conference unites experts from organizations of all types and sizes who share a commitment to transforming mundane customer service into remarkable experiences.

If there was ever an expert in creating magical moments, it’s world-renowned photographer and Xperience19 keynote speaker, Platon. Throughout his exceptional career, Platon has captured history-making moments for a range of international publications including Rolling Stone, The New York Times, Vanity Fair and TIME. On the Xperience19 stage, Platon will take the audience on a roller coaster of emotions – from laughter to tears – with the most poignant and mesmerizing stories behind the photos. He answers the question, “Who is this person?”

Also speaking is Dave Carroll, a Canadian songwriter, author, social media pioneer and the creator of a one-in-a-billion story, United Breaks Guitars. Carroll will address why empowering people to deliver moments of connection is so important in a digital world.

In addition, several marquee Genesys customers will present, including Uber, Whirlpool, Ticketmaster, Voya Financial and Alberta Motor Association. These companies will share how the cloud, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital channels are helping them connect every touchpoint in the customer journey and driving business performance. Xperience19 will also shine a spotlight on the human side of customer service by recognizing agents from MyBudget, Crisis Services Canada and Bradesco Next, who are Genesys CX Heroes for going above and beyond to make a real difference in people’s lives.

The immersive event enables attendees to create their own customer experience curriculum by choosing from more than 80 educational tracks, breakouts and activities. Business leaders, sales and marketing professionals, contact center managers and developers can delve into topics including predictive capabilities, customer and employee experience, cloud and more. Deep-dive breakout sessions will also cover the importance of blending the human touch with disruptive technologies to provide optimal service.

“Our new conference name, Xperience19, is reflective of our goal to make every moment count.
