Thunderhead, the global leader in customer engagement and journey orchestration, has been named as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Journey Orchestration Platforms, Q2 2020. The Wave analysis identifies the most significant journey orchestration platforms, evaluating them on strategy, current offering and market presence.
Thunderhead scored the top marks possible in every Strategy criteria and the maximum possible score in the category.
