Talkdesk earned the award based on ratings from current employees, who gave the company high marks across a range of areas, including compensation, leadership, co-workers, work-life balance, career growth, perks, and benefits.

One particular area of the Comparably metrics in which Talkdesk excelled was diversity, where it scored in the top 10% of similar-sized companies. In fact, Talkdesk has created one of the tech industry’s most gender-diverse executive teams, with women holding 50% of its senior leadership positions. Talkdesk received an overall 4.7 out of 5 culture score.

Talkdesk has skyrocketed to success in recent months, launching over 40 product innovations and making history with a new logo, tagline, and global advertising campaign. Expanding into 20 global markets, the company also doubled in headcount from 1,000 to more than 2,200 employees during 2021.
