Ampverse Expands Team to Help Brands Unlock Gaming and Esports Opportunities in Southeast Asia

Ampverse appoints Jenny Hall as Director of Sales & Brand Partnerships, and Suttathep Makmee as Head of Sales for Thailand

Gaming and esports media company, Ampverse, has appointed Jenny Hall and Sutthathep Makmee in two newly created roles in response to the company’s continued growth across Southeast Asia.

Since launching in August this year, Ampverse has already worked with over 25 advertisers and has worked with brands including Samsung, Garnier Men, EA entertainment, Shell, DTAC and Tesco Lotus.

As a result of the company’s growing operations, Jenny Hall has been appointed as Director for Sales & Brand Partnerships for Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, she joins the Ampverse team with over 10 years of experience in brand partnerships and global clients sales. She used to run the P&G account at Kantar for over 3 years. Most recently she was Director of Brand Partnerships at Talenthouse.

Sutthathep Makmee joins Ampverse as Head of Sales for Thailand. Bringing over 18 years experience in the mobile and online industry, Sutthathep has held senior sales and marketing roles at DAZN, Komli Media, True Digital, BECi Corporation and Samsung Electronics. Both new appointments will report into Charlie Baillie, Chief Commercial Officer at Ampverse.

Commenting on the new hires, Baillie said: “We’re really excited to attract two quality hires in Jenny and Sutthathep as we expand the team. Since our launch, we’ve been impressed with the reception from brands seeking to create meaningful partnerships with gaming and esports talent. Adding these two new roles will help us to service these demands as we further expand across Southeast Asia. We’ll be growing our team in the coming months.”
