LiveRamp Appoints Vivian Chow to Board of Directors

Tenured Executive Brings More Than 25 Years of Experience Leading Global Financial Operations for Technology Companies

LiveRamp, the trusted platform that makes data accessible and meaningful, announced the appointment of Vivian Chow to the board of directors. A tenured executive with nearly three decades of global finance and accounting experience across industries, Ms. Chow currently serves as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at DocuSign. Ms. Chow will serve on the board’s audit committee.

Before joining DocuSign, Ms. Chow served as vice president, finance and worldwide controller at Electronic Arts from 2008 to 2013 and as vice president and corporate controller of Restoration Hardware from 2006 to 2008. She held previous executive and leadership roles at Thermage, Inc. and Fair, Isaac & Company, among others. Ms. Chow started her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen & Co. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Lehigh University.
