RankYak Launches AI Platform That Handles Every Stage of SEO for Small Businesses and Agencies

RankYak

The platform researches keywords, writes and publishes articles daily, and keeps existing pages ranking, with no in-house SEO team required

RankYak, an AI SEO platform for small businesses and agencies, announced its official launch. The platform handles every stage of search engine optimization for a website: keyword research, content planning, daily article writing and publishing, and ongoing maintenance of the pages a site already has.

Small businesses know they need search traffic, but few have anyone with the time or skills to earn it. An agency retainer costs more than many of them make from search, and a freelancer still needs managing. Agencies have the opposite problem: dozens of client sites and a small team to serve them. RankYak closes that gap by doing the work itself instead of handing the owner another dashboard.

“Most SEO tools tell you what to do and leave you to do it,” said Lars Koole, co-founder of RankYak. “That works if you have an SEO person. Our customers do not. So we built one: it finds the keywords, writes the articles, publishes them, and keeps watching the site.”

“Content is where most tools stop, and that is where sites start losing traffic,” Koole added. “A site with hundreds of articles and no maintenance loses clicks every month. RankYak keeps working after publish day.”

RankYak starts with the market, not with the site’s current rankings. It maps the topics a business should cover, finds the search terms behind each one, and groups terms that share the same search results into a single target. From that map, it plans a content calendar, writes an optimized article every day with internal links and images, and publishes it directly to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Duda, and other platforms.

Site Guard covers the pages a site already has. Page Guard checks them daily against the site’s Google Search Console data, flags weak titles, weak descriptions, and lost clicks, and writes the fix for the owner to approve. Cannibalization Guard finds pages that compete for the same search and delivers a consolidation plan: one page wins, the rest redirect. When an article loses ground, RankYak refreshes and optimizes it on the same URL instead of publishing a new one.

The company’s goal is to give any business the search presence that, until now, only companies with a marketing department could afford, at a price a one-person business can justify. RankYak offers a free trial. Pricing is $99 per site per month or $990 per site per year.
