Salsify Appoints Executives for the EMEA Region to Respond to Rapid Market Growth

The company now has 165 customers with global implementations and has recruited those responsible for strategy for customer success and marketing in the EMEA region.

Salsify, a product experience management (PXM) platform that helps brands win on the digital shelves, has announced important appointments in marketing and customer success functions for the EMEA region. After opening its headquarters for the EMEA region in Lisbon in October 2018, Salsify has made these new appointments in order to supervise and scale up the local team to respond to the growth in the acquisition of new customers and to market demand.

To respond to the expansion of its clientele in the EMEA region, Salsify has appointed Max Cordeiro to the position of responsible for client success for the EMEA region. Cordeiro will lead the EMEA region’s customer success operations for Salsify, and is responsible for driving local success and support infrastructure for growth that is expected to continue. Cordeiro has more than 15 years of experience in customer service, customer experience and account management, and most recently was international manager of Philips.com at Philips, and held positions of responsibility for coaching in customer experience and account management at Adidas and Digitas UK.

Cordeiro is joined by Christian Hassold , who has been appointed vice president of the EMEA region at Salsify. Hassold will lead marketing initiatives for the EMEA region, including sales execution, marketing and market development. Experienced e-commerce entrepreneur, before joining Salsify Hassold co-founded two B2B SaaS start-ups, both of which were successful. Most recently, he was Director of Strategy and Business Development at ChannelAdvisor. Both Cordeiro and Hassold will work at the Salsify office in Lisbon.

Salsify now has more than 165 customers who operate its platform worldwide, with customers like Coca-Cola, L’Oréal and Mars.
