ServiceSource, the digital customer journey experience company, announced today that it has extended its relationship with Red Hat, Inc., the world’s leading provider of open source solutions.

Through a new agreement, ServiceSource builds upon its history of strong collaboration, focused on supporting Red Hat’s mid-market customer relationships. ServiceSource’s customer success experts will add a layer of high-touch onboarding and customer health checks as part of an initiative designed to expand and renew Red Hat’s existing customer footprint.
