Bolsters mCloud’s Ability to Bring AI-Powered Products and Services to Market

Universal mCloud Corp., a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics and IoT-connected asset care technology, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Barry Po to Chief Product Officer, reporting to the CEO. Effective immediately, Dr. Po will lead mCloud’s product management and marketing functions.

Dr. Po joined mCloud in 2018 by way of mCloud’s acquisition of NGRAIN (Canada) Corporation. As part of NGRAIN’s senior leadership, he oversaw product management, marketing, and business development. He brings with him 15 years of product leadership experience working for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Over the course of Dr. Po’s career, he has taken numerous high-tech offerings to market, delivering products and services to millions of customers in over 80 countries around the world.

mCloud also announces that it has engaged Native Ads Inc.  to provide and manage a comprehensive digital media marketing campaign for the Company. The engagement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The Company has entered into an eight week programmatic digital advertising campaign for a total cost of C$200,000; compromising of $150,000 for digital advertising, paid distribution, and media buying over the campaign period and, $50,000 for content creation, consulting, managed services and management fees over the course of the campaign period. Native Ads is a full service ad agency, that owns and operates a proprietary ad exchange with over 80 integrated SSPs (supply side platforms) resulting in access to 3-7 billion daily North American ad impressions. Neither Native Ads nor any of its directors and officers own any securities of the Company.
