Sales Enablement Leader Honored for Applying Artificial Intelligence to Improve Sales Coaching and Practice

Brainshark, Inc., delivering SaaS-based sales enablement and readiness solutions, announced it is a Stevie Award winner in The 17th Annual American Business Awards – honored for applying artificial intelligence (AI) to drive sales productivity. Brainshark’s Machine Analysis solution, an AI-based engine for improving sales coaching and practice, received gold – the highest-level award – for “Best New Product: Corporate Learning/Workforce Development Solution.”

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S. – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The program received more than 3,800 nominations this year.

This is the eighth consecutive year Brainshark has been recognized in The American Business Awards, along with the fifth award win for Machine Analysis since its June 2018 launch. Overall, Brainshark has won 25 Stevie Awards for helping companies improve sales productivity, effectiveness and results.

Machine Analysis uses AI to process the videos and provides an additional layer of feedback – generating an overall score and rapid, automated insights about reps’ ability to stay on-message, emotions and personality traits exuded, use of filler words and more. The engine delivers objective input on intangible qualities that influence buyers’ perceptions, while augmenting comments from managers and peers, and identifying reps who may need the most guidance.
