Mindmatrix Enhances Salesforce Partner Communities (PRM) with 20+ New Channel, Sales and Marketing Enablement Add-Ons
Leading channel and sales enablement software provider, Mindmatrix, has enhanced its Salesforce Community offering by adding 20+ new Channel Sales and Marketing Enablement add-ons. The add-ons enable users to leverage Salesforce Community Cloud (PRM) better with Mindmatrix’s 20+ Channel Sales and Marketing Enablement functions that include powerful channel and sales enablement tools such as playbooks, training and certification, asset management, lead, sales and partner reporting, etc. These add-ons can be accessed by the users right, from the Salesforce Community PRM Portal. Mindmatrix’s Salesforce add-ons are compatible with Lightning Bolt, the technology widely used by Salesforce in its Community portal.
The enhanced Salesforce Community add-ons launched by Mindmatrix seem to be the next logical step in Mindmatrix’s integration with Salesforce. In 2014, Mindmatrix first integrated with Salesforce allowing for basic contact synchronization between Salesforce and the Mindmatrix platform. It then extended to asset access and playbooks and, then finally, in April 2018, Mindmatrix introduced its first set of Salesforce Community add-ons which received a great response from the industry.
The channel and sales enablement software provider claims that customers using Mindmatrix add-ons with Salesforce PRM can see as much as 4 times better partner engagement and over a 45% increase in overall revenue.
