The two latest offerings integrate seamlessly with the Salesforce platform, enabling users to easily assess and improve CRM data health
Validity, the leading provider of data quality and email marketing success solutions, announced the launch of DeDuped and DemandTools Free edition at Dreamforce 2022, an annual event that brings together the global Salesforce community. Both solutions are exclusive to Salesforce users at no cost.
High quality data is the foundation of high performing businesses – yet, data continues to decay within CRM systems at astounding rates and leaders are left largely unaware of the tremendous impact on revenue. In fact, the 2022 State of CRM Data Management report by Validity found that 44% of respondents estimated that their company loses over 10% in annual revenue due to poor-quality CRM data.
With these latest offerings, Validity is ensuring the Salesforce community is empowered with tools that provide a path for successful data management, for businesses of all sizes. Users can review data records and identify and fix issues in their CRM system – protecting data quality and ultimately the bottom line.

DeDuped is a free duplicate assessment that will evaluate up to 20,000 Account records in Salesforce and, within minutes, populates a report detailing how many duplicates the system finds. This offering will be available exclusively at Dreamforce.
Conference attendees can visit Booth #1439 to take the duplicate challenge, where they can take the assessment to understand the level of duplicates in their CRM data. When show attendees take the challenge, they will be entered to win the Lego San Francisco set that includes Salesforce Tower. One winner will be awarded per day.
DemandTools Free edition is a data loader for Salesforce that allows users to insert, update, and upsert records from a .csv or .xlsx file, along with the ability to automatically standardize data as part of the import process. Users can import unlimited records monthly, as well as access a 14 day trial of the deduplication functionality to further investigate where duplicates exist in their data and run test merges to experience first-hand the functionality needed to properly manage duplicate records.
“Validity is thrilled to be back in person at Dreamforce, where we have the opportunity to again engage directly with the Salesforce community,” said Chris Hyde, SVP, Global Head of Data Solutions at Validity. “Our team is committed to empowering customers with world class data management solutions. With the support of our new freemium solutions businesses of all sizes – from SMBs to enterprise – can realize the power of properly managed data and gain insight into how to better manage data at scale.”
