TPG worked with this multi-billion dollar software company to revamp its lead management system, which involved a major change management initiative and creation of a Dream Team between marketing and sales for 100% alignment. As result of improved communication and alignment, lead scoring models and thresholds were refined, driving MQL accuracy/acceptance up to 80% from 5% within 90 days.
