The Channel and Sales Enablement Software Platform Integrates Its Playbooks, Lead Nurturing, Scoring and Asset Management Modules With Voice Solutions to Deliver a Complete Channel and Sales Enablement Experience
Mindmatrix channel and sales enablement software now integrates with voice platforms making its sales enablement functionality more powerful. This is the first major enhancement in the second quarter of 2018 by Mindmatrix. The channel and sales enablement software provider rolled out several enhancements in the first quarter including the electronic contract signing feature, Google Calendar integration, sales and channel leaderboard, hotspots, linear playbooks and opportunity management.
By bringing records from voice solutions onto the Mindmatrix platform, this integration allows users to make phone calls to their contacts and supports delivery of assets such as pre-recorded voicemail messages from the playbook–right from the Mindmatrix channel and sales enablement platform. These activities will also be recorded by the Mindmatrix platform, reflect on reports and the relevant data will be applied across other features of the platform such as lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead management.
Harbinder Khera, CEO, Mindmatrix, said, “For sales enablement programs to be successful, we believe it is very important to integrate tools and resources with the sales (direct/indirect) environment. The tools need to be brought to salespeople and partners and not the other way around. Our platform already integrates with various CRMs, Outlook, Gmail etc., and integrating voice solutions with Mindmatrix is yet another step in that direction.”
Mindmatrix offers Channel & Sales Enablement Software for direct and indirect sales channels. Mindmatrix is the only provider of a Single Unified Platform that combines PRM software, Direct Sales and Channel Enablement, Channel Marketing Software, Marketing Automation software and Marketing Asset Management.
