Freshworks Inc., the customer engagement software company, announced it is the only company named a Visionary in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Engagement Center.* Freshworks was evaluated for its cloud-based omnichannel customer support software, Freshdesk Omnichannel.
