SmartCommerce and Myxx Help CPG Brands Own Product Discovery and Accelerate Purchase Velocity by Interacting Directly with Omnichannel Consumers Everywhere

SmartCommerce, a leading provider of data-centric, AI-assisted SaaS solutions for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry announced the acquisition of Myxx, a provider of recipe-centric eCommerce solutions that help brands accelerate commerce while driving direct connections with consumers. As part of the transaction, Dede Houston, CEO of Myxx, will join SmartCommerce and continue to drive the vision of the company.
