Cognizant to Acquire SaaSfocus To Expand Salesforce Cloud Consulting Capabilities

Cognizant’s Digital Transformation Portfolio to Broaden in India and Australia

Cognizant announced that it has agreed to acquire SaaSfocus, a private consulting firm that specializes in digital transformation and leverages the Salesforce Platform. This transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018, with certain closing conditions.

SaaSfocus is one of the largest independent Salesforce Platinum consulting partners in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) that operates across India and Australia. This acquisition will contribute towards expanding Cognizant’s end-to-end digital transformation capabilities and also include Salesforce cloud capabilities within the growing APAC market.
