RudderStack, which provides the first open source alternative to traditional Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), announced that it now provides a SaaS deployment option to customers, making it the first open source CDP vendor to offer multiple hosting options. Customers can choose RudderStack’s SaaS offering without compromising on their security and privacy requirements, as it can run inside the customer’s Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) or RudderStack’s VPC. They can also choose to run RudderStack’s free open source version or the paid enterprise version on-prem. In either scenario, customer data remains under the control of the RudderStack customer.
Assembly, an e-commerce technology company backed by Providence Strategic Growth (“PSG”), announced its acquisition of New York-based Refersion, the leading affiliate and influencer marketing platform. Refersion joins Assembly’s growing family of e-commerce software companies, which includes Helium 10 and Order Metrics.

This powerful partnership leverages 2,500+ publishers across the LiveIntent network who reach over 290 million verified people. LiveIntent’s addressable, logged-in audience is one of the largest in the United States.
Mobify, a modern web storefront for headless commerce, announces the launch of its new Headless Commerce Accelerated program, which enables customers leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud to go headless in just eight weeks using the new Salesforce B2C Commerce APIs and Mobify’s storefront for headless commerce. This headless approach gives Commerce Cloud customers the flexibility to create customized experiences that differentiate their brand.
Khoros, a global leader in digital-first customer engagement software, announced the launch of its newest data hosting location in Sydney, Australia, which will allow the company to deliver enhanced software performance and data privacy confidence for its customers in Australia and New Zealand.
