Automation Anywhere, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), announced it was named a leader in NelsonHall’s inaugural NEAT evaluation of intelligent automation platforms. Automation Anywhere rated highly in the Leaders category in all five market segments, and in particular for its ability to enable business process owners to develop automations.
3CLogic announced it was named to the Constellation ShortList for Cloud Customer Service and Contact Center Software in Q3 2019. The technology vendors and service providers included in the Constellation ShortList offer the key requirements for early adopters pursuing digital transformation initiatives.
Amazon announced 150 tools and services have been launched since the beginning of the year to help independent small and medium-sized businesses grow their sales in Amazon’s stores.
