Bigtincan solutions to be offered in Japanese with localization support from Japan’s leading mobile operator

Bigtincan, the leader in mobile, AI-powered sales enablement automation, announced it is partnering with NTT DOCOMO, INC., the leading mobile operator in Japan, to begin selling Bigtincan SaaS solutions to its enterprise customers. Under the contract, DOCOMO will deliver Bigtincan solutions to global Japanese enterprises – both in- and outside of Japan – allowing Bigtincan to grow new revenue in the world’s third largest enterprise software market.

Bigtincan’s AI-driven features and automation will enable Japanese sales teams to work smarter and faster together for optimal results. Additionally, the platform’s mobile and voice capabilities will allow users to work remotely on their handheld devices, saving time and cutting costs.

According to Fuji Keizai Group, last year, the wider software market in Japan was valued at about $11 billion USD with SaaS solutions accounting for 31 percent, equivalent to $3.5 billion USD. By 2021, the software market is expected to reach $19 billion USD, and SaaS will top $6 billion USD.

Bigtincan products and solutions have been available in Japan from DOCOMO since late December 2019.
