“Investing in efforts that optimize each step of the customer journey is critical to delivering valuable customer outcomes and increasing NRR”

“Investing in efforts that optimize each step of the customer journey is critical to delivering valuable customer outcomes and increasing NRR,” said Maksim Ovsyannikov, Executive Vice President of Products and Design at Gainsight. “But businesses struggle to do this at scale given the tremendous breadth of customer, product, sentiment, engagement, and retention data available to them. Horizon AI is a first of its kind artificial intelligence platform which helps businesses harness this breadth of data to optimize customer journey management and is available with all features that Gainsight customers use today.”

Gainsight Sally – The AI Bot Powered By Horizon AI

Gainsight’s AI-powered bot “Sally” enables teams to interact with Gainsight data and functionality within their preferred collaboration tools. With Sally, teams no longer need to remember specific commands or follow complex paths to get the information they need. Sally’s Natural Language Processing enables teams to access rich Gainsight data via simple conversational commands. Sally’s machine learning technology helps her get smarter with every interaction.

“The Sally Slack integration is a huge improvement to our workflow” said Nicole Alrubaiy, VP of Customer Success, Ping Identity. “We can query account information, find CSM and rep names, and even log notes and next steps right in Slack. Sally also queues up updates from Gainsight in a single Slack channel so we can get caught up on everything at once.”

“Our CSM team uses Sally to pull customer details directly into Slack so they can collaborate with the account teams where the conversation is already happening,” said Robert De La O, Sr. Director, Customer Success Operations, Menlo Security, “We also love the ability to customize alerts delivered to Slack when there is a new CTA, a Health Score change, or even a new Timeline activity. Sally helps us stay connected to key customer insights wherever we are working.”
