This significant growth and accomplishment is a direct result of Wedia’s external growth policy, specifically in the acquisition of Tripnity, creator of the SaaS platform Iconosquare. This operation allows Wedia to strategically strengthen its position in the marketing content management and distribution market. With this transaction, the Wedia Group anticipates strong growth in recurring SaaS revenues for the entire 2022 fiscal year.

“Wedia is recognized for its role as a consolidator in a market that is still highly fragmented and whose positioning and offering are fully in line with the digital transformation of marketing and commerce,” stated Nicolas Boutet, CEO of Wedia. “With this accomplishment, Wedia has confirmed its long-term objective of joining the Top 5 players in the global market by 2024.”
