Sandi Lin Declared One of 2018’s Top Women Leaders in the SaaS Domain

The SaaS Report (TSR) Chose 50 Women Leaders Exclusively in the SaaS Sphere for the Recognition. Leaders Were Chosen out of 3,500 Nominations Received by TSR

Skilljar was quick to announce that Sandi Lin, the company’s CEO & Co-Founder, has been recognized as a top woman leader in SaaS.

The company is one of the leaders in Enterprise Customer Training Platforms. Out of the 3,500 nominees, the top 50 were chosen based on a number of factors. The assessment was carried out on key qualities such as integrity, intelligence, drive, company culture, and company growth.

“I am honored to be in the company of such extraordinary women business leaders from the SaaS industry. Our industry is driving major changes in how people learn, work, and live, and I am proud to see some of the most innovative SaaS companies being founded and led by women,” Lin said.

Lin has spearheaded Skilljar’s initiatives since the time it was founded in 2013. Today, the company is at the top of training enterprise clients for large corporations such as Cisco, Verizon, and Tableau. Skilljar’s main focus area remains faster product adoptions and deeper customer engagements. The year 2018 has seen Skilljar grow rapidly by continuing to invest in product development, along with a $16.4-million funding. Shasta Ventures and Mayfield carried out the Series A financing round. Skilljar has also increased their recruitment and moved to a larger office space in Seattle.

“Today, more than ever, it is important that we recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of women in SaaS, software and the broader technology field. By shining a light on these leaders we can help inspire and encourage today’s younger generation of women to aim high and achieve,” the TSR editors said while releasing the list.

Prior to this achievement, Skilljar has been awarded multiple times in the past. Here are some of their accomplishments:

  2. The Best Customer LMS – Talented Learning LMS Awards
  3. Tech Impact Award – Seattle Business Magazine
  4. Placement on the watch list of training industries learning portal companies
